What's the catch? The catch is in the volume.
What should happen? For example, the price goes up, on spot +10% i.e. +2$. At the same time, on futures, the stop triggers -1$. As a result, we give away half of the profit for hedging through futures. But! If the price goes down. Then at -10% we buy spot (as we wanted), but now we have a nice bonus on futures, which is the same half of the profit + funding.
Seems normal, but with futures it's really more interesting.

Como eu faço: adiciono outra N-ésima quantia, divido em 10 partes e negocio a escada na faixa de 10%. Ele sobe - pego +10% e compro novamente. Está caindo - eu compro a cada 10% e vendo a cada 10% de recuperação
