The Federal Reserve has released new macro data indicating that the situation is worse than expected.

This is very dangerous for the markets.

What is happening now is not normal.

It is a systemic funding problem that has been quietly developing beneath the surface, and no one is prepared for it.

The Federal Reserve has already been forced to respond.

The total balance sheet has increased by approximately $105 billion.

The fixed lending platform has added $74.6 billion.

Mortgage-backed securities have increased by $43.1 billion.

Government bonds alone have increased by $31.5 billion.

This is not encouraging quantitative easing.

This is the Federal Reserve adding liquidity because funding conditions are sharp and banks need cash. When the Federal Reserve takes more mortgage-backed securities than government bonds, it means the collateral offered to the lending window is of lower quality.

This only happens under stress.

This isn't a problem unique to the US.

China is doing the same thing at the same time.

The People's Bank of China injected more than 1.02 trillion yuan through 7-day rediscounts in a single week.

Different country, same problem.

When both the US and China are forced to inject liquidity simultaneously, it's not stimulus.

It's the beginning of the global funding pipes running dry.

Markets always misinterpret this phase.

People look at the liquidity injections and assume they're encouraging.

But they aren't.

This isn't about supporting prices. It's about funding.

When funding fails, everything becomes a trap.

Now we look at the real signal the market is sending.

Gold is at all-time highs.

Silver is at all-time highs.

We've seen this exact scenario many times before. → In 2000, before the dot-com crash.

→ In 2007, before the global financial crisis.

→ In 2019, before the lending market freeze.

Each time, a brief recession followed.

The Federal Reserve is now stuck.

Prepare accordingly for 2026.
