How to Participate:
Step 1: Click to begin a new referral round on the activity page.Step 2: Share your unique activity referral ID/Link with friend(s) who have not registered with Binance yet. Step 3: Encourage your referred friend(s) to complete the following tasks on Binance Spot or Binance Convert to boost your progress to 100%. Please note that each task can boost your progress once. Task 1: Achieve a cumulative trading volume of over $100Task 2: Achieve a cumulative trading volume of over $300Task 3: Achieve a cumulative trading volume of over $1,000Step 4: Invite more friends to complete the aforementioned tasks until your progress of the round reaches 100% to unlock token voucher rewards.
Notes:
To boost your progress to 100%, your referred friends must complete the tasks during the same active round in which you invited them. Additionally, ensure you have an active ongoing round when your referred friends complete the tasks; otherwise, your progress will not be boosted.
Each referral round lasts for 10 days. If you fail to reach 100% of progress by the end of that referral round, the progress accumulated in that referral round will be void, and no rewards will be distributed for that referral round. You can restart a new round and try again.Each referred user can boost their referrer’s progress by 0.005% to 10% after completing a task. As an exclusive benefit for referred users from this campaign, each task completion will boost the invitee’s own progress of a round. The newly referred user should ensure they start the round before completing the aforementioned trading tasks to receive the boost.
Reward Structure:
Each user can complete up to six referral rounds to earn up to six rounds of token voucher rewards, which will be distributed in either BMT or INIT per round.

The reward token type for each round is not fixed and the token amounts will be calculated using a fixed exchange rate based on opening prices as of 2025-08-04: 1 INIT = $0.4002 1 BMT = $0.0754Token values may fluctuate with market conditions, but the above fixed exchange rate will be used to determine the reward amounts for each task round.
Terms & Conditions:
Users in restricted regions are disqualified from participating in the Binance Referral Program as referrers or referred users.All trading volumes on Spot zero fee trading pairs and USDT/DAI, as well as any Convert trades between USDT, USDC, FDUSD, TUSD, DAI, USDP, USTC, BUSD, AEUR, and EURI, will not be considered as valid trading volume.Binance will use the price of the USDT trading pair at trading time to calculate the value of the trades completed on Binance Spot or Binance Convert during the Promotion Period. If there is no USDT pair for a specific cryptocurrency, it will be converted to another token or coin with a USDT pair to determine its value. Each new user can only be referred to Binance via one referral mode. If a new user registers for a Binance account via this limited-time activity referral ID/link, the referrer will not be eligible for any commission-based rewards from Referral Pro mode nor $100 trading fee rebate voucher from Referral mode.All rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Users will not be able to participate in the Promotion once all rewards are distributed, as all ongoing referral rounds will automatically be terminated thereafter.Users will not be able to start a new referral round after the Promotion ends. However, those who are still in an ongoing referral round after 2025-10-04 23:59 (UTC) can continue referring their friends to Binance until the maximum allotted time of ten days for each round has passed. Referrers can boost their reward progress bar by 0.005% to 10% with each task completion of every successful referral during the Promotion Period. The value of the boost will be determined by the referrer’s historical activity with Binance. Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this promotion. Spot trades or Convert trades that are completed with a sub-account will not count toward the trading volume requirement.Reward Distribution:Eligible users must complete account verification (KYC) during the Promotion Period to receive the corresponding rewards. After the completion of each referral round, token voucher rewards will be distributed within 48 hours to eligible referrers who complete account verification. Users will be able to log in and redeem their token voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub. The validity period to claim the token voucher is set at 14 days from the day of distribution.
