In my opinion, we have either formed a bottom or are very close to it. You should be buying alts right now, and we are lucky enough to see a last one final low wipe, that would be one crazy good buying opportunity.
Although i personally feel we have already bottomed but cannot rule out the discrepancy that we have.
$ETH will outperform first, and there are already signs for it. On chain metrics show promising bottom characteristics.
