The Angels' support in clarifying requirements, troubleshooting common issues, and providing guidance helped users navigate the process more efficiently, indirectly alleviating pressure on Binance's core teams during that critical period. It's this combination of substantial internal investment and strategic community engagement that allowed for Binance to onboard millions of users relatively smoothly, building trust and setting the stage for its exponential growth to become the largest cryptocurrency platform which is today well reflected in the strong value of its native $BNB coin.
Pi Network can learn from Binance's past, or alternatively, Nicolas Kokkalis and his Wife could take lessons from Binance's founder, CZ. The Pi Network could implement a more balanced approach that tackles these fundamental problems first. This would likely rebuild community trust and pave the way for wider adoption. For Pi to truly succeed, it needs to prioritize community —making sure users can easily verify their identity, recover their accounts and access their mined tokens.
