This is outright disgraceful behavior from Binance.
I completed both the Aptos and Injective Binance Academy campaigns in December. I followed the instructions exactly as stated, met every requirement, and invested my time in good faith—because Binance promised rewards in return.
And what did I get? Absolutely nothing.
When I reached out to customer support, instead of resolving the issue, they had the sheer audacity to deny one of the rewards using a completely fabricated rule—a rule that was never clearly stated, never highlighted, and magically appeared only after the campaign ended.
Let’s be clear: Changing the rules after users have completed the work is not a mistake. It’s dishonest.
This is a billion-dollar platform running “educational campaigns” while quietly refusing to honor its own commitments. You lure users in with incentives, let them complete the tasks, then hide behind vague support replies and invented conditions to avoid paying out.
That is not transparency. That is not professionalism. That is not how trust is built.
If there are restrictions, spell them out clearly before people participate. Don’t waste users’ time and then gaslight them when they ask for what they were promised.
