That cute structure is called as appendix which will be dangerous if you don't remove it if inflammed.
Just imagine our appendix got inflammed like that any moment and we have to go through that surgery in next few hours.

I dont know much about crypto but I did a surgery yesterday.
That 17 yr old boy lost his only testes due to torsion so after consent from the pt, we removed that gangrenous testes.
