📸 **Snapshot Details**
A snapshot of all eligible FSL IDs and badge holders will be taken on **Jan 22** at a random time between **00:00 and 23:59 UTC**.

**Important for Badge Holders:**
To ensure eligibility, your badge must meet the following conditions during the snapshot window:
✔️ It must be held in your FSL ID.
✔️ It must **not** be listed on MOOAR.
