Peter Steinberger, the founder of Clawdbot (now rebranded as Moltbot), has publicly stated that he will never launch a token and has no connection to any cryptocurrency claiming affiliation with the project.  The fake $CLAWD token on Solana briefly reached a $16 million market cap but crashed over 90% after Steinberger denied involvement.  He confirmed that no official token exists, and any project listing him as an owner is a scam.  The surge in fake token activity followed a naming rebrand from Clawdbot to Moltbot due to trademark issues, which allowed scammers to hijack GitHub and X (Twitter) accounts.
