How to Participate:
Step1: Visit the activity page and click [Join Now] to confirm your participation.
Step 2: Invite friend(s) via your Referral Pro link/code to register and trade via Convert during the Promotion Period.
Step 3: Earn a commission on the Convert trades made by each newly referred friend. Additionally, your invited friends will receive a rebate on their own Convert trades. See the Notes below for details on commission calculations.
Notes:
The commission earned by each referrer and referee is calculated under the hypothetical assumption that a fixed trading fee rate of 0.1% is applied for the invited friends’ Convert trades. Convert transactions do not actually incur any trading fees, and this hypothetical trading fee rate is applied solely for the purpose of calculating commission rewards in this Promotion only.
The basic commission earned by referrers is calculated as follows:
Total Convert trading volume by new referees * 0.1% (hypothetical trading fee rate) * 10% (commission rate)
Only Convert Instant Order trades shall count. The following types of trades will not count as successful trades for the purposes of this Promotion:
Recurring and limit orders on Binance Convert;
API trades on Binance Convert;
Trade from stablecoin to stablecoin;
Convert trades on old tokens that have previously undergone a token swap, redenomination or merging event, to the corresponding new token.
Eligible referrers will be ranked based on the total Convert trading volume generated by their new referrals during the Promotion Period. The top 100 referrers will receive extra commission rates as a reward as follows:

Commission rewards will only be distributed when its value is ≥ 0.1 USDC.
The maximum amount of commission for each referrer and the rebate for each referral is capped at 2,000 USDC.
These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern users’ participation in the activity above (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Activity Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Activity Terms shall prevail, followed by the following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice.

This Activity may not be available in your region.
Users in restricted regions are disqualified from participating in the Binance Referral Program and/or the Binance Affiliate Program as referrers or referred users. Only users who complete identity verification and confirm their participation during the Promotion Period can qualify for rewards in the Promotion. The products or features referred to above may not be available in your region. Users are responsible for informing themselves about and observing any restrictions and/or requirements imposed with respect to the access to and use of Binance services in each country from which the services are accessed.
Referrers shall not exert undue influence on referees to conduct any trading activities on the Binance platform. Referees are responsible to conduct their own due diligence and ensure that any trading activities conducted are suitable for their risk appetite.
Each new user can only be referred to Binance through one referral program. Consequently, users are eligible to receive rewards from only one referral program per referral.
The maximum reward each user can earn during the campaign period is capped at 2,000 USDC.
Rewards will be distributed in the form of USDC token vouchers to eligible users within 21 working days, by 2026-03-04, after the Activity ends. Users will be able to log in and redeem their voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub.
The validity period for the token voucher is set at 60 days from the day of distribution. Learn how to redeem a voucher. Eligible users should claim their vouchers before the expiration date. If a voucher is not claimed before its expiry, then it will be void and no replacement voucher nor other reward will be provided.
Sub-accounts will not be viewed as independent accounts when participating in the Promotion.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk-registered accounts, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.
Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending these Promotions, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done; and all participants of these Promotions shall be bound by these amendments.
