What cold wallet do you recommend buying? I'm considering Tangem, but with the creation of a seed phrase, the concept of a ring is very attractive, it's convenient as it's always near you. Who uses or has used it? Please leave a review #tangem
The Pentagon is increasing the US military presence in the Middle East amid escalating tensions with Iran. Aircraft carrier groups, fighter jets, tankers, and air defense systems are being deployed.
The US is preparing forces in case negotiations regarding Iran's nuclear program fail, while continuing diplomatic contacts.
Iran has stated that in the event of an attack, it could strike American facilities in the region. $BTC $ETH $BNB
US GDP grew only by 1.4% in the last quarter instead of the expected 3%, indicating a significant slowdown in the economy. This is partly due to nearly a month and a half of government shutdown, which reduced production and consumer spending.
At the same time, inflation continues to rise:
PCE reached 2.9%, core PCE - 3%, which is the highest since spring 2024. This is a key inflation indicator for the Federal Reserve, and it shows that prices for goods and services continue to increase.
Now the Fed faces a dilemma: to lower rates to support the economy, but risk accelerating inflation, or to keep rates high and face even deeper economic slowdown.
Soon this will be decided by Trump's appointee.
Therefore, I see excellent prospects for the market. If no external factors intervene (wars, UFOs, cataclysms, etc.), then everything will be fine. $BTC $ETH $BNB
The U.S. Supreme Court has canceled Trump's tariffs and deemed them illegal. He may face lawsuits - and this is a big minus for the budget + even greater pressure on the U.S. national debt.
The situation for Trump is becoming very sad.
So he urgently needs to do something to regain trust. And there are not many options here: either a new "big victory" in the form of a war with Iran, or a market pump.
It will definitely be necessary to improve the financial situation of the U.S. and its citizens - I think you understand what this means for liquidity.
So the news is somewhat positive - a possible rebound. But if the war scenario unfolds - it will only be a short-term rebound, after which it will go down again.
The head of BlackRock's digital assets division stated that the fundamental indicators $BTC remain strong, but excessive speculation, especially on leveraged platforms, creates instability and undermines its role as a hedging instrument.
The long-term value of BTC as a global scarce decentralized monetary asset remains, however, in the short term, its behavior increasingly resembles that of NASDAQ with leverage, which may deter conservative investors.
It's simple. This is the token of the Worldcoin project, co-founded by Sam Altman - the same person behind GPT. The idea is ambitious - to create a global digital identification (World ID). And what is the essence? World ID is a verification system that confirms you are a real person, not a bot. A unique digital ID is created through iris scanning.
At $AAVE Labs, they proposed directing 100% of the revenue from products into the DAO treasury.
The new strategy implies that all revenue from aave com, the mobile application, Aave Card, and other products will go to the DAO. Aave V4 will serve as the foundation for further development with a focus on faster and safer feature launches.
Aave Labs is requesting $25 million in stablecoins and 75,000 AAVE for product development and marketing, as well as $5 million for the launch of each new product.
Currently, the preliminary voting Temp Check is underway. If supported, an official proposal with implementation details will be submitted.
Yesterday, a meeting took place at the White House between the crypto industry and the banking lobby regarding the CLARITY law - no agreement was reached.
The main point of conflict remains - banks continue to demand a complete ban on interest for stablecoins. Crypto companies, on the other hand, are striving for the widest possible range of permitted activities with rewards.
There is a slight movement - the project has added a clause about exceptions for the first time, but this turned out to be insufficient.
The White House has given the parties a deadline until March 1, otherwise the process risks dragging on, and regulation may come to a standstill. $BTC $ETH $SOL
Vitalik Buterin outlined the vision for the future of AI and $ETH , emphasizing that a focus solely on AGI is misguided.
According to his approach, AI should enhance human freedom, not concentrate power in the hands of elites, and develop within a philosophical framework alongside the crypto industry without systemic risks.
The short-term focus includes private interaction with AI through local LLMs, ZK payments, and cryptographic verification of computations. Ethereum is viewed as the economic layer for AI with on-chain payments, autonomous agents, collateral, reputation, and dispute resolution.
Buterin also highlighted the role of AI in realizing the cypherpunk idea of "trust but verify" and opening up new opportunities for DAOs, prediction markets, and governance that were previously limited by human attention.
After the spill, we are gradually recovering. Managed to grab some at reasonable prices:
$BTC , $ETH , $SOL , $MNT, $WLD, $XRP
I didn't go all in - about 50% of the planned volume. Some limit orders didn't make it literally by a step, I didn't place some at all - and that's okay.
What's next?
Honestly - two scenarios, and it's impossible to guess here 100%. It all hinges on geopolitics and institutional behavior.
Scenario #1 (positive): We consolidate above, upward movement continues. The Fed provides a gradual, but not sharp, positive signal, new money comes in, new purchases happen, + they finalize CLARITY. The growth isn't explosive, but it's healthy.
Scenario #2 (negative): A short push upward → then a new trigger: Iran / another geopolitical negative. Institutions partially take profits - and we see another spill: BTC below ~58k, ETH ~1650–1800$.
👉 Both options are acceptable to me. Funds for buying back are still available, the portfolio is already well diversified, entry points are normal; when returning to my pre-spill points, I will already be in profit. If there’s growth - fine, if there's another spill - I will buy more.
The main thing here is to keep an eye on events and maintain liquidity at hand. Who can and who wants - will understand 😉
