@CZ am writing with serious concern about my experience on your exchange. Based on repeated patterns in listings, trading behavior, and liquidations, I believe your platform is not operating in a fair or transparent manner.
I have observed accounts that appear to move ahead of major listings, price spikes, and mass liquidations, suggesting access to non-public information. Newly listed coins often show pump-and-dump patterns that heavily harm ordinary users while benefiting a small group.
Liquidation events frequently occur through extreme price movements and abnormal volatility that wipe out retail traders while benefiting the exchange and certain traders. Combined with heavy fees and opaque systems, this has destroyed trust.
There is no clear transparency about how listings are approved, how market-making works, or how liquidations are managed. Even without internal data, the patterns are obvious from trading behavior and coin listings.
At this time, I do not have the financial resources to take legal action. However, when I am able, I will pursue both civil and criminal action against you and your team.
An exchange of your size must be fair and accountable. What I see today is a system that appears to favor insiders and profit from user losses.
I demand transparency, accountability, and real structural change.
