Robinhood announced a new Layer-2 network on Arbitrum for issuing tokenized U.S. stocks to European users.Kraken, in partnership with Backed and Solana, began offering tokenized stocks like Apple and Tesla to non-U.S. users—fully backed 1:1 and tradable 24/5.Circle’s IPO, following its leadership in regulated stablecoins, helped raise over $1.1 billion and sparked renewed interest in asset-backed digital instruments.
