How to Use Binance Japan Support

1. Crypto assets are not in Japanese currency or foreign currency.
2. Crypto assets may be used for payment of the price only with the consent of the person to whom the payment is made.
3. Crypto assets may become worthless due to a breakdown of the transfer mechanism or other reasons.
4. Losses may occur due to fluctuations in the price of crypto assets.
5. In the case of crypto assets that use encryption technology to record transfers, if the information necessary to decrypt the encrypted data is lost, the data cannot be transferred to another party and the value of the data may be lost.
6. There is a difference between the purchase price and the selling price of crypto assets.
7. If you lose your private key or password, you will not be able to use your crypto assets and their value will be lost. Additionally, if this information is known to others, there is a risk that your crypto assets may be transferred without your consent.
8. Although we manage customer assets separately from our own, in the event of our bankruptcy, there is a possibility that we may not be able to return the deposited money and crypto assets.
9. Please ensure that you fully understand the nature of trading and conduct all transactions at your own responsibility.
