Experts Say Buying 1,000 XRP With 3000$ Is Insane—You Were Lucky to Buy Cheap
XRP commentators are highlighting how good a deal early investors got when they purchased XRP at a cheaper rate compared to its current value.

Following XRP’s recent surge above $3, several community figures express that accumulating significant positions is becoming difficult for most retail investors. 
Owning 1,000 XRP Is Now Difficult for Many 
Famous community figure James Jay ‘Six8Jay’ noted that it will be difficult for most people to acquire 1,000 XRP, currently valued at roughly $3,600. He suggested that most people lack the financial means to purchase the tokens. 
Reacting, Xena emphasized that it is “insane” knowing that it costs more than $3,000 to scoop up 1,000 XRP today. She reminded early XRP buyers how fortunate they were to have purchased the token at a much cheaper rate in the past.

Meanwhile, some investors reflected on how a portfolio of 1,000 XRP was initially worth $500 less than a year ago, when the price was hovering around $ 0.5. 
However, XRP’s price has experienced a significant increase, climbing to $3.65 earlier today. At a unit price of $3.58, 1,000 XRP is now worth $3,580, representing a 616% surge from its $500 valuation just a few months ago. 
Based on Xena and Jay’s commentaries, a purchase of 1,000 XRP, which was once a trivial expenditure when the price was less than a dollar, now requires a budget that most casual traders cannot afford. 
Experts Reveal Why Owning 1,000 XRP is Non-Negotiable 
Before XRP’s latest rally, several community figures had been encouraging investors to accumulate a minimum of 1,000 XRP. Last month, Edoardo Farina, the founder of Alpha Lion Academy, emphasized the need for investors to accumulate 1,000 XRP before October. At the time, 1,000 XRP had a dollar value of $2,300. 
Farina suggested that, with ECB President Christine Lagarde supporting financial institutions’ shift to digital cash, XRP could play a central role in Europe’s cross-border payments. He also recommended that anyone serious about improving their financial situation should consider acquiring at least 1,000 XRP, which was worth $2,180 on June 16, 2025. 
While early investors have locked in profits from acquiring 1,000 XRP at bargain prices, experts like Dustin Layton believe they could see more gains later this year. According toLayton, investors with holdings of 1,000 XRP should prepare for a minimum profit of $50,000 by the end of 2025. 
This $50,000 valuation represents a minimum return of $46,400, particularly for investors who invest roughly $3,600 to acquire 1,000 XRP today.
