Introducing the Renaiss Community Leader SBT Program
To encourage authentic and high-impact community-driven promotion, Renaiss is introducing the Community Leader SBT, an identity-based Soulbound Token designed to recognize and connect community organizers and opinion leaders who actively manage their own communities and are willing to support Renaiss within those communities.

At its core, this isn’t a trading problem. It’s a structural one. Once physical collectibles become financialized, the market still lacks infrastructure for verifiable ownership, accountable custody, and reliable settlement to support value transfer at scale.
This is why the direction Renaiss is building toward matters.
Not simply putting physical assets “on-chain,” but designing smart contract standards, third-party custody and settlement, and vault networks purpose-built for real-world collectibles - so ownership and transfer can move out of grey zones and into verifiable, system-level infrastructure.

Pokémon 卡牌劫案频发，实体收藏品上链是否成为风险解法？
2026 年刚开始，全球多地的 Pokémon（宝可梦）卡牌收藏圈，接连传出令人不安的消息。
在美国洛杉矶，一名收藏家于一名为 RWT Collective 的卡店外遭持枪抢劫，价值约 30 万美元的稀有 Pokémon 卡牌被当场抢走；同一时间，附近地区 Simi Valley 的一家名为 Simi Sportscards 的收藏品店亦遭遇爆窃，被盗走多张高价 Pokémon 卡。
几乎在同一时段，香港亦接连发生针对 Pokémon 卡牌的抢卡案件，短短两天内，港铁蓝田站与沙田站先后出现「约卡交易变抢卡」的情况，两名受害者合计损失 26 张总值近 30 万港元的珍贵鉴定卡，案件更被怀疑涉及有组织的双线犯案。
而把时间稍微拉长回看，早在 2025 年，新加坡警方亦曾披露，当地自去年下半年起，在数月内已累积数百宗涉及 Pokémon 卡牌的电商诈骗案件，受害者总损失金额高达近百万新币。
这些事件分布于不同地区、不同制度与不同交易场景，但它们其实指向同一个问题：
当实体收藏品的价值愈来愈高，而交易方式仍高度依赖线下、人治与私下信任时，风险正在被系统性放大。
当收藏品被金融化，基础设施却没有跟上
长期以来，Pokémon 卡牌被视为兴趣、文化或情怀的载体，但近年的市场行为已清楚显示，它同时是一种高价值、高流动性、可跨地域转移的资产。
但问题在于，这类资产市场的交易与流转方式，并未随着资产属性的变化而同步升级。
线下「面交」仍然被视为最可信的方式，却同时暴露于人身风险；私下约卡、社群转让、电商私讯，成为诈骗与抢劫的温床；卡牌的真伪、鉴定状态、持有人变更，缺乏即时、可验证的公共记录；若发生损失，几乎没有跨地域的追溯与协调机制。
现实中仍大量存在的交易模式，包括线下面交、社群私下约卡、即时通讯软体对谈与电商私讯。这些方式之所以被沿用，并非因为它们更安全，而是因为市场长期缺乏更好的选项。一旦卡牌价值上升，这些模式便同时暴露于人身风险、诈骗风险与责任模糊的问题之中。
一旦单张卡牌的价值攀升，人身风险、诈骗风险与责任模糊，便不再是小概率事件。
换句话说，收藏品的价值已经金融化，但其背后的交易与风险管理基础设施，却仍停留在前金融时代。
从线下卡店的自救，看见市场的结构性限制
在近期多宗案件后，不同地区的实体卡店，也开始出现相似的应对反应。
在香港，知名卡店 MOONROAD 公布将正式推行「买取回收申请表」制度，要求所有回收交易必须经过店内表格核对与流程记录确认，以提升交易透明度与安全性。
而在美国洛杉矶案件发生后，涉事卡店 RWT Collective 的负责人亦表示，将增设更多闭路电视，并与物业管理方商讨在店铺及大厦范围内引入配备武器的保安措施。
这些做法的方向其实一致：透过流程、空间与人力投入，试图把风险重新「框」回可控范围。
但同时，它们也清楚显示出限制。这类措施只能在单一店铺或单一场域内生效，信任仍然建立于特定空间与人际关系之上，难以承接跨城市、跨国交易时卡牌资产的托管、验证与流转需求。
这不是单一卡店的问题，而是整个实体收藏品市场共同面对的结构性限制。
卡牌上链正在发生，「确权与托管」仍是关键门槛
值得注意的是，近年来，市场上确实出现了不少以 Pokémon 或其他收藏卡牌为主题的「链上抽卡」或「实体卡 NFT 化」项目，试图通过 Web3 技术回应现实世界中交易风险与流动性受限的问题。
从市场数据来看，目前链上 TCG 市场的交易规模约为 6.3 亿美元，约占全球 TCG 市场规模的 8%；其中，被代币化的 Pokémon 卡牌相关资产规模亦约为 1.5 亿美元。实体卡牌上链的需求早已存在，且已被真实交易行为部分验证。
更重要的是，这些数字背后所指向的，是一个更宏观的趋势：在高价、可跨地域流通的资产面前，物理实体不再是价值转移的唯一载体，数位确权与可追溯的所有权记录，正在成为资产流动性的核心。也因此，随着市场逐渐认知到卡牌上链在交易效率、流通范围与成本结构上的优势，这一占比预计仍会持续提升。
然而，趋势存在，不等于问题已被解决。在多数情况下，所谓的「实体资产 NFT」，本质上只是一张 ERC-721 智能合约，绑定一个卡牌编号或图片，便宣称完成了 1:1 映射，资产因此「上链」。然而，真正关键的问题却没有被解决：
卡牌是否真的被第三方接收并托管？托管地点是否可被验证？责任归属是否清晰？用户是否能在链上找到能够对应现实世界资产状态的可验证证明？
如果托管是黑箱的，验证是不可追溯的，那么所谓「上链」，本质上只解决了资产的呈现形式，却没有真正回应资产在现实世界中的存在、责任与风险。
这也是为什么，单纯把实体卡牌「铸造成 NFT」，实际上并不足以构成真正的制度升级。
为什么链上托管，开始成为一种现实解法
如果实体收藏品要真正具备跨地域流动性，关键并不只是把卡牌「表示成 NFT」，而是能否建立一套让交易、托管、状态与责任都可被验证的结构。正是在这样的背景下，市场开始出现尝试从「基础设施层」解题的实践路径

不是每个人都需要链上收藏，但市场一定需要链上秩序

并不是每一位收藏家，都会选择链上托管；也不是每一次交易，都必须发生在智能合约之中。但当劫案、诈骗与灰色地带反覆出现时，市场其实已经在提醒我们：仅靠「小心一点」与「找熟人交易」，已不足以支撑这个体量的价值流动。
从这个角度看，链上托管的真正价值，并不在于制造更多交易噱头，而在于为实体收藏品市场补上那层长期缺位的秩序。
当收藏品进入资产化时代，安全、验证与托管，不应再只是玩家自行承担的风险，而应成为市场本身的一部分。

Since the Closed Beta launch on Nov 19, 2025, Renaiss has been operating its Gacha and Marketplace modules under real user participation, using repeated card pack releases to test demand, liquidity behavior, and platform scalability. Across the Closed Beta period (Nov 19 – Dec 18), sell-out acceleration became increasingly clear:
• Pack 2.0 - SOLD OUT in 4 hours
• Pack 3.0 - SOLD OUT in 110 minutes
• Pack 4.0 - SOLD OUT in 10 minutes
• Pack 5.0 - SOLD OUT in 7 minutes
Following the transition into Open Beta (from Dec 19, 2025), the same modules moved into broader market conditions with higher issuance volumes and user concurrency. Even at larger scale, sell-through remained strong:
• Pikasso Pack (2,000 packs) - SOLD OUT in ~22 minutes
• Frozen Pack (2,000 packs) - SOLD OUT in ~11 minutes
Alongside pack performance, platform activity continued to build.
From Closed Beta launch to Dec 31, 2025, Renaiss recorded:
