Loyalty Boosts: Multi-Season Rollover Rewards

If you hold tokens throughout seasons you will qualify for bonus multipliers which will be automatically dropped to you at checkpoints at the end of each season.

The bonus for holding TPS throughout additional seasons will drop over time be as follows:1 Season = 15% bonus2 Seasons = 10% bonus3 Seasons = 5% bonus4 Season = 0% bonus

Holding TPS for three additional seasons will therefore earn the holder 30% bonus in total (15 + 10 + 5).

This system is designed to reward long-term participants while keeping rewards fair, transparent, and fully on-chain.

How It Works

If you hold TPS from previous seasons that you haven’t converted to COTI, for example TPS001, your bonus TPS will be dropped to you automatically at the seasons end checkpoint.

NOTE: These bonus TPS will appear as TPS002 in your wallet.

You can convert your TPS into $COTI at any time through the ‘Claim’ process. You will no longer hold TPS and you will cease to earn bonus TPS.

Multi-season rollover rewards will continue across all upcoming seasons until further notice.

Note: It is possible to convert TPS into COTI from a specific season which will remove eligibility for that season’s rollover bonus, but does not affect others rollover bonuses.

Ecosystem Participants: Liquidity Providers & TradersUsers who actively deposit assets into partner applications like PriveX, Carbon DeFi or Accumulate Finance can increase their rewards. By contributing liquidity or executing trades, participants may earn a larger share of daily Token Point distribution.

Committed COTI Holder: Stakers & Multi-Season LoyalistsHolders who stake $COTI in the Treasury earn treasury rewards, and additional benefit from accruing TPS, reinforcing long-term alignment with the network.

Mission Explorer: Creators, Builders & Community ContributorsCOTI Earn rewards exploration. Users who complete on-chain missions, participate in social tasks, or engage with partner features can unlock additional rewards, incentivising creativity, experimentation, and community growth.

Refer Your Friends to Earn

One of the easiest and best ways to grow your rewards is to refer your friends! Earn the equivalent of 5% of your referrals’ TPS balance, with no limit on referrals and no ceiling on rewards. By far one of the best ways to grow your rewards, climb the leaderboard, and compound your advantage!

For example: Refer 3 friends who each earn 30,000 TPS over the course of a season through normal activity (holding, swapping, staking), and you receive 4,500 TPS direct to your wallet. If your 3 friends are super active and earn 100,000 TPS each, you’ll get 15,000 TPS.

We’re excited to announce COTI’s newest partners Zoniqx, the Silicon Valley fintech leader redefining real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.

Through this partnership, COTI will integrate its programmable privacy technology into Zoniqx’s institutional-grade RWA tokenization infrastructure, enabling fully compliant, end-to-end, privacy-preserving asset workflows on-chain.

Our first joint initiative will be to bring the world’s first privacy-enabled RWA assets on-chain, creating a secure and compliant on-ramp to the multi-trillion-dollar RWA economy.

Streamlined Tokenized Assets with Zoniqx

Zoniqx delivers institutional-grade, compliance-native RWA tokenization infrastructure designed to power the full lifecycle of regulated assets across multiple jurisdictions and chains. As the operating infrastructure for tokenized RWAs, Zoniqx removes fragmentation by embedding compliance at the token level, ensuring interoperability, cross-chain standards, and real-time regulatory alignment.

Zoniqx supports the tokenization of equity, debt, funds, real estate, and energy assets, while enforcing KYC, KYB, accreditation requirements, and jurisdiction-specific regulations through smart contract-integrated compliance.

Beyond issuance, Zoniqx enables distribution, liquidity, and secondary market access through institutional rails, broker-dealers, exchanges, DeFi connectivity, and fiat-to-crypto settlement capabilities, helping institutions confidently scale tokenized asset programs.

Powering Privacy for Regulated RWAs

We’re embedding COTI’s privacy layer, powered by Garbled Circuits, directly into Zoniqx’s Tokenization Platform as a Service. COTI’s GC Layer is up to 3,000x faster than alternatives, 250x lighter, fully EVM compatible, and cost-effective and scalable enough to meet institutional demands.

This integration addresses the key challenge in tokenized RWAs: Protecting sensitive financial data on public blockchains.

We’re pleased to announce that COTI Mainnet will undergo the next step in its Helium network upgrade, estimated to occur on January 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM UTC. The Helium upgrade will further strengthen COTI’s infrastructure and performance for real-world privacy use cases. Including, improving the network’s ability to run confidential logic while keeping sensitive data protected. With Helium, COTI furthers itself as the fastest, lightest weight and highest-performing privacy chain in the world.

The upgrade will include a hardfork, and automatically take place at the protocol level at block 5,098,638, No action is required from end users, wallets, balances, and normal network usage are expected to continue seamlessly. To learn more visit: docs.coti.io and GitHub.

What’s included in the upgrade?

v1.2.0 introduces the Helium protocol fork and major enhancements across COTI’s high-performance private computation stack, focused on three priorities: more expressive confidential logic, improved arithmetic correctness, and better developer visibility.

Improved performance of arithmetic circuits

Helium delivers updated multiplication and division circuit implementations, with refinements designed to improve both correctness and increase performance. Pricing parameters for MPC computation are also adjusted to reflect updated computation cost.

Expanded application support

To enable more advanced applications to be built on COTI, Helium adds native support for 128-bit and 256-bit arithmetic, aligned across execution and private computation layers. This unlocks a broader range of confidential use cases, that depend on larger or more precise values, for example DeFi, to take advantage of COTI’s scalable infrastructure.

New trace/debug tooling for private computation

Helium introduces optional trace/debug capabilities for MPC operations. This feature is disabled by default and intended for development and testing, helping builders better understand and troubleshoot confidential execution flows.

Compatibility fix for Proxy Contract patterns

The release includes a fix to validateCipherText to avoid checking the caller’s nesting level, enabling use with Proxy Contracts.

No action required (for users)

As with prior upgrades, end users and token holders don’t need to take any action. The network upgrade is designed to be seamless and non-disruptive for everyday activity.
