If I see a random coin launched just a minute ago, why would I spend money on it, believing it will surge and reach a million-dollar market cap? Even influential people support these coins, but I can’t fully trust it.
With the Mubarak memecoin, CZ posted something with the word "Mubarak," and people immediately launched a coin. It’s not like he didn’t know this would happen. We’ve seen this pattern for so long—whatever CZ says or some other influenial people, multiple coins pop up around it. But the issue is, with the same name, there are dozens of coins, and many trend simultaneously. So, who are these initial investors who trust these coins enough to invest and earn millions?
Earlier, we saw this trend on platforms like pump.fun, and now bnb Chain is in the spotlight, with its coins gaining fame. Every time I see a newly launched coin suddenly spike and hit millions in market cap, I’m left surprised. There’s something I don’t fully understand. With so many tokens launching under the same name, how does one stand out among thousands?
Sometimes I think those who have a lot of money or a team with influential people might be involved in these deals. They create new accounts with different wallets, and suddenly, one coin with the same name starts trending. Everyone rushes toward it, and the cycle continues.
Yesterday, when CZ announced he would buy just 1 BNB of a coin, its price surged even more. Now, Binance has even launched it in futures. This isn’t just a one-time thing. I really don’t understand how one coin stands out among thousands. Obviously, the one with more people investing gains traction, but I doubt there’s something happening behind the scenes that we don’t know about.
