Everyone is talking about AI agents, but nobody is asking the most important question: Where do these agents store their memories?

If an autonomous AI agent relies on a centralized server (like Google Cloud or AWS), it isn't truly autonomous. It can be shut down, censored, or have its memory wiped at any moment. This is the problem @Walrus 🦭/acc is solving right now.

The elizaOS Partnership
Recently, Walrus became the default "memory layer" for elizaOS, the leading platform for building AI agents. This means that when developers build AI on elizaOS, the data history is automatically stored on Walrus.

Why Walrus?
Storing massive amounts of data on a standard blockchain is too expensive. Walrus uses a unique tech called "Red Stuff" (2D erasure coding) to store "blobs" of data cheaply on the Sui blockchain, while keeping the metadata fast and accessible.

The Investment Case
The Mainnet is now live (launched Dec 27, 2025). We are seeing real apps launch, real data being stored, and real $WAL being burned for storage fees. As the AI sector grows, the demand for decentralized storage grows with it. Walrus is the infrastructure play of this cycle.
