This is very exciting news for BNB holders. 📄 Official filing: On January 23, 2026, Grayscale filed with the SEC to convert their BNB Trust into a Spot ETF. 🏦 Custodian & Broker: Coinbase will be used as the primary broker for the ETF , bringing BNB deeper into the institutional market, which is pegged to the US dollar. 📈 Ticker Name: If approved , it will be traded on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange under the ticker name $GBNB . 🤝 Competition: In addition to Grayscale, another major company, VanEck , has also filed for a BNB ETF, making BNB the next target for institutional investors after Bitcoin and Ethereum.
