The cryptocurrency trading platform Backpack Exchange, founded by former FTX employees, announced the successful acquisition of FTX EU for $32.7 million.

This acquisition has been approved by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.

Actions have been taken for Backpack to advance into Europe, and with the additional MiFID II license obtained, it has been reborn as "Backpack EU", allowing it to provide cryptocurrency derivatives trading services in Europe, including perpetual contracts and more.

A new campaign is expected to launch in February 2025, kicking off the first season, and everyone is welcome to join at that time.

Without enduring the chilling cold, it is hard to appreciate the fragrance of plum blossoms.
