Calm before the storm?

🕯 As expected, the market dipped slightly over the weekend—this was especially noticeable in altcoins, where the drop was 20-30%.

Many also linked part of this decline to insider dumping in anticipation of the new token from Trump's social network Truth, but the token never appeared.

The crypto market is still looking calm and even more stable than the stock market—which, by the way, Trump himself confirmed yesterday:
"The crypto market turned out to be much stronger than the stock market during the recent downturn. I support the development of cryptocurrencies—I think it's important. If we don't do it, China will."

What positive circumstances are developing now?
〰️The April lows have been fully recovered.
〰️Corporate reports are good (although without taking tariffs into account yet).
〰️The labor market remains stable.
〰️Inflation is declining (including due to cheap oil).

But we need new trade agreements (there is progress) to consolidate all these positive trends, so it is important that the trade war does not drag on, and ultimately—that rates are lowered.

Therefore—no euphoria. We work and keep our finger on the pulse, while simply watching without opening positions, hoping for the continuation of the uptrend.

I opened a BTC long at $59,500 after the FOMC announcement caused temporary panic selling. I noticed strong buying pressure around that level. Closed the trade at $62,800. Lesson: market sentiment can flip fast—watch how price reacts, not just what people say.

I opened a long on BTC at $62,500 after observing a strong bullish engulfing candle on the 4H chart.

My target was $65,000, supported by the RSI bouncing from 40. I closed at $64,800, locking in solid gains.

The key was patience and trusting my setup. BTC remains king, and timing matters more than hype. Watching funding rates also gave me extra confirmation.

Lessons learned:

Don’t chase pumps—plan and wait. This was a clean technical trade.

J'ai clôturé mon dernier trade sur $BTC avec un petit bénéfice, mais l’apprentissage vaut bien plus.

J’étais entré en position après une cassure du range des 62k, avec un stop serré. Le trade a été rapide, mais le contexte m’a rappelé une chose : en crypto, ce n’est pas la vitesse qui compte, c’est la clarté de ta stratégie.

Cette fois, j’ai appliqué une méthode stricte :

Analyse technique sur le daily,

Confluence avec les données on-chain,

Aucune émotion, juste exécution.

J’ai peut-être gagné quelques dollars, mais surtout renforcé ma discipline. Et ça, ça n’a pas de prix.
