$BTC Chart Reading the Right Way
(Time Frame โ Zones โ Asia Session โ Confirmation)
The purpose of this post is to explain that
marking a zone is not enough;
real work starts when the price approaches the zone.
๐น Step 1: Correct Use of Time Frame
โข Daily (D1) = overall trend
โข H4 = structure and major zones
โข H1 / M15 = execution view
Rule:
Do not make decisions against the trend of the higher time frame.
๐น Step 2: The Perfect Way to Mark Zones
A zone should always be marked:
โข From Previous High / Low
โข Based on a strong rejection candle
โข From where an impulsive move occurred
Note:
Do not draw a line, always mark a โzoneโ.
The purpose of a zone is to provide reactions, not predictions.
๐น Step 3: How to Read Asia Session
โข The Asia session often collects liquidity
โข Mark the Asia High and Asia Low
โข Moves often occur at these levels in London / New York
Asia range = important intraday reference.
๐น Step 4: When the Price Approaches the Zone
This is where the biggest mistake happens:
โ Buy/sell as soon as the zone is touched
TehChartReader's rule:
Just wait at the zone.
๐น Step 5: What is Confirmation?
Confirmation means:
โข Rejection candle
โข Break & retest
โข Structure shift (on lower TF)
Until there is confirmation,
a zone is just an area, not a decision.
๐ง TehChartReader Mindset:
โNo entry at the zoneโ
โDecision is made on confirmationโ
โPrice tells us, we followโ
Conclusion:
Perfect trading does not mean
that every zone works.
Perfect trading means
that we only do what the chart confirms.
