Why Governance Tempo Matters More Than Governance Power?
When people talk about blockchain governance, the focus is usually on who decides. Token holders, validators, foundations, DAOs. But there’s another dimension that matters just as much and gets far less attention: how often decisions are forced to happen.
Plasma’s design implicitly favors slower governance tempo, and that choice has long-term consequences that are easy to miss.
