Here is the status report for the Reef ecosystem as of Feb 20, 2026.

Regarding core developments, the team has concluded that the $REEF bridge will not be refilled and is scheduled to close soon. Work on the Reef Chain Wallet continues to advance as two new builds were pushed; the team aims to release the latest version to the public as soon as possible. Additionally, the official Reef documentation has been updated to include details regarding the Pelagia testnet. We also wrote and shared the current status of the Reef Deep Current upgrade.

In anticipation of the incentive program launching soon, several updates were applied to ReefSwap to further prepare the platform. Our marketing division remains dedicated to producing and publishing fresh content concerning RWAs and tokenized equities.

Updates from Around the Reef Ecosystem include @casapanenka, who has been distributing their lightpaper along with research findings regarding various football federations and leagues. Meanwhile, @StagTower published a new educational piece focused on the intricacies of investing in multifamily housing. @MosaicProtocol posted a new blog entry that outlines their protocol and basic tokenomics, while also explaining the reasoning behind their choice to build on Reef first. Finally, we have received several new inbound leads from projects expressing interest in building on Reef.
