A dusting attack is when a hacker sends a tiny amount of crypto (called “dust”) to your Binance wallet to try and track your transactions and uncover your identity. They analyze how you move that dust to link your wallet to other accounts.

Binance helps protect you by filtering dust, blocking suspicious activity, and offering a “Convert Small Balances to BNB” tool.

Tip: Don’t touch unexpected small deposits. Just convert or ignore them.
